7. Additional Fees and Charges

  • Consumption Tax: Included in the displayed product prices (tax inclusive).

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination region and package weight.

  • Customs Duties & Import Taxes (For International Shipping): Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or local clearance fees incurred in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient).

9. Delivery Time

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products being food items (consumable/perishable agricultural goods), all sales are final. We strictly do not accept any returns, exchanges, or order cancellations requested by the customer once the order has been confirmed.

In the rare event that the product arrives with initial defects (severe damage, tearing, leaking, or an incorrect item shipped), please take photos immediately and contact us via email (satsuma0712@icloud.com) within [7] days of arrival. Upon verifying the condition, we will issue a full refund or arrange a brand-new replacement. In such cases, our shop will fully cover all return and re-shipping expenses.
