Welcome to satsuma'store. This website and all related services, features, and products (collectively, the "Services") are operated by SANNAKA (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (including those additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Please note that our products are green tea and matcha, which are natural agricultural goods. While we strive to maintain the highest quality and consistency based on expert analysis, slight variations in color, flavor, and texture may occur depending on seasonal harvests and lots.
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, the customer is fully responsible for verifying that tea/agricultural imports are permitted under their local regulations. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any customs delays, rejections, or confiscations.
5. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food items (tea and matcha), all sales are final. We strictly do not accept any customer-requested returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed. If you receive a defective, severely damaged, or incorrect item, you must report it with supporting photos within [7] days of arrival to be eligible for a replacement or a refund, as detailed in our separate Refund Policy.
6. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; or (d) to transmit viruses or any other type of destructive code.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
