Refund Policy (Returns & Exchanges)

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges below. Once your order arrives, please inspect the contents immediately.

1. Customer-Requested Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products being food items (perishable/consumable goods), we strictly do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for the following reasons:

  • "The taste did not suit my preference" or "The product looks different from what I imagined."

  • "I placed the order by mistake."

  • "The product was not delivered or was returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer."

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take the utmost care in ensuring the quality and accurate shipment of our products. However, if your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will gladly offer a replacement with a brand-new item or a full refund.

  • Eligible Cases:

    • The product packaging (pouch or tin) is severely damaged, torn, or leaking upon arrival.

    • You received the wrong item (incorrect product type, size, or quantity).

    • Any other clear initial defects caused by our side.

  • Conditions for Accommodation: Please contact us via our official contact channels (email or our official inquiry form) within [7] days of receiving your product. To help us process your request smoothly, please attach photos showing the damaged areas or the incorrect item(s) received. Please note that we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund if the contact period has passed or if the photos cannot be provided.

  • Shipping Costs for Returns & Replacements: If a return or replacement is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, our shop will cover all return shipping and re-shipping costs.

3. Refund Process

In the event that a replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund. Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.). Please note that depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take several business days to a few weeks for the refund to reflect on your statement.
